CW Transmit on HW101

Dear Green Group,

Recently, my HW-101 has often dropped dead while transmitting CW.

When this happens, Relay 2 does not switch over, the receive sound still
comes through, and the side tone is faintly heard.
There is also no plate current, and, of course, no relative power reading.

Here's what's strange, at least to me...The transmit works fine in TUNE,
LSB, and USB...just not in CW,

The manual's troubleshooting section discusses possible remedies if TUNE and
CW don't work and SSB does;
and if TUNE and CW work and SSB doesn't....but not if only CW doesn't work.

Tubes V-12, V-15 and V-17 have been replaced, since in reading the manual
these have some influence on CW generation and closing the relays.

I'll be looking over the schematics and manual tonight, and would appreciate
any suggestions from the great members of this list.
