Dial belts

A lot of discussion concerning drive belts as of late.  Thought I'd offer
an interesting "fix" I witnessed.  Bought an SB-100 a while back and the
previous owner had "re-strung" the drives using dial cord.  Just like you
would a dial in the old Hallicrafters and many others.  Made a couple of
turns around the pulleys and tensioned it.

Seems to work great, so I left it alone.  Probably upset the "purist", but
by golly, it works!
