Dial belts again

OK, so a number of folks responded, both privately and on the list, that
the SB-100 used dial cord. Sent me scrambling back to my manual and sure
enough, a BEAUTIFUL Heath diagram on how to string the dial cord and set
the springs!!

So, on to the SB-102 manual and another beautiful diagram on installing
rubber belts. Now, trivia..... my SB-101 manual is a partial, no assembly.
The 101 has rubber belts. Should it? I'm guessing so.

Great discussion, folks!
