SB-104 Extender Board

Fred, that's not a bad idea.  I just acquired an SB-104A together with an extender board.
Of course two of the four sets of the connector contacts were missing.  Anyway, we could
publish the dimensions here on the web with maybe a graphic of the beast, and others could
do their own building.
