SB 102 lockup

Ahoy,

As I fire up an SB 102, the audio quits within moments of turning it on,
buzzes and then locks up the relay.  I traded out V 16 and V 18, the
rig's relay and vox amps respectively to not avail.

I've got scant doc's so whaddyathink?
