Lithium-Ion batteries

Have acquired a small qty. of rechargeable lithium-ion batteries.  They
measure around 3.6 volts each. They measure about 1/2" dia by 3" long.
They were in series paralllel for 7.2 volts.  Any idea on how to charge
these?
