Heath SB-102 Transceiver

Dear Heath Fans:

I just bought an SB-102 for my first rig.  Any suggestions or tips for
restoring and maintaining the SB-102, I would love to hear from you.

My SB-102 has hum on the receive and bad sensitivity.  Suggestions?
