I don't think that this is bending the topic... I have a PS/2 set up
for packet - it's probably the RF-quietest of my 6 PCs here...

Look at http://www.gtweb.net/faq.html for the PS/2 FAQ.
It includes a full set of pointers to the appropriate files on IBMs
FTP site.  Even includes a pointer to a soundblaster card for the PS2.
