Heath tube tester IT-17

Hello!

Can someone tell me if the IT-17 came with the tube test switch positions
already installed on the drum under the magnifying glass or did the builder
have to install it on that drum?

The reason I ask is I have apparently located a sheet which was represented
as going on the drum but it isn't readily apparent how I install it.

So, if someone had an instruction manual that could tell me, I would
certainly appreciate it.
