SB-200

Hi gang.  I also recieved my SB 200 last week and it seems to work fine
except that the HV seems to be low.  Also, when using the swr straight
through, I get a very high swr on 15 an 10 meters but it is okey on 20, 40
and 80 meters.  This doesn't make sense. Upon checking the meter resistors, I
found that someone had changed the value of R4 from 15K to 1Meg. Also,  many
screw heads and other chaissis parts had a veryl bright yellow coating.  I
have never seen this before, possibly some sort of electrolysis???.  Any
suggestions will be appreciated.
