FWIW:

 ALL of the equipment I listed and sold from Gene Fiebich's estate was
shipped via UPS.  And I had no one report any damage to any package.
These included Williamson audio amps, an H-19 Heath monochrome
monitor/terminal and lots of 35-50 lb packages.  Of course I took real
care in packing all of the items, lots of foam sheets and peanuts that
were leftovers from work.  And I paid insurance on all as well.  Not bad
for over 200 items!
