re-sb-230 part

hi iam looking for the TIME DELAY RELAY 69-74 part nos. RY-2.for the SB-230
AMP.
when i turn on the 230 amp i lose rx.turn off the 230 amp rx comes back.i was
told that the time delay relay tube was bad.has any one out there had same
problem.tnx dennis
