New toys: HR-20/HX-20/HP-20

Many thanks to alll those who replied and gave me some pointers on those
neat little rigs. It's gonna be fun working on those in the coming
months. My goal is to have them on the air by Straight Key Night...the
Millenium! No doubt, there'll be some test runs before then. I'll
repaint the cases next summer. It's getting too cold in New England!
