HW-7 Finals

[Mark Sailer]

Looking for a MODERN replacement for the HW-7 finals.
Part number is MPSU05  npn TO-220.  I would guess that a CB final
transistor would work, but I don't have any spec on the original to
compare.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
