Possible Scam

I have been waiting for Joe to let me know if he has recieved my note I sent him with the shipping charges I used the same exact email address that he gave me, to state an interest. I don't understand why he went off the way he did because I did send it to him on Thursday. The only thing I can think of is that there might have been technical issues ( however I doubt it ).
There are a couple other people who responded with interest, and we had no problems up to this point. All items that were requested  are boxed up and ready to ship upon recipt of payment including Joe's. There are a few people on this reflecter who I have had dealings with who have never had problems with anything I've sold or purchased. This Joe has prematurely slandered me with no cause other then his own nonobservance to his email program. I don't get it maybe he is the one who is the scam artist.
