The PS23 is the same thing as an HP-23. Changing the model prefix was a
figment of the imagination of a former Product Line Manager. He said the
company could get into trouble using the HP prefix because Hewlett-Packard
already did. But we didn't use the lowercase script letter like
Hewlett-Packard did, or even make the same products! Obviously the two
companies models couldn't be mixed up.

This was just his attempt to make some changes to suit himself.
