I have a warrer I am trying to get working.
The wirewound resistor sounds like a bleeder
resistor.
If you have a Collins 30L1 diagram.
you can use the bias circuit from that.

leave stand by bias on for class C.
you will need a little more drive for FM.
also putting a 4.5V stud zenner in bias keying circuit
will change from class B to AB2.

sorry I doent have a diagram for warrer.
I am adding collins bias and ant relay to warrer.

you may want to use a ver resistor wire wound to
set bias to cut off ,that is class C.
with no RF and ant relay pulled in there will be 0 or very close to 0 plate current and RF will cause plate current.

you can run full output at FM if powersupply will take it.
only on class C.
but for best tube life use 250Ma plate current max.

I doen't have a way to scan the 30L1 diagram to you.

about the same amp.
the collins has ant relay and stand by bias supply.
wich is easy to add to warrer.

any more questions please ask,
Robert
