WTB: Manual, Extenders for SB-303 receiver

Hello All,
    I have a real nice SB-303 that is a keeper (9+ condition with all 3
filters!)   I would like to find a manual for it so I can keep it in top
shape.  If anyone has a spare that you would like to sell please let me know
the condition and your price.  I would prefer an original but real good
copies would be considered.  Also, if anyone has a spare set of extenders
for this radio I would be very interested in those as well.  Thanks very
much.
