Help with HO-10

I have a very nice monitor scope that I am having trouble with.
Everything works fine except I cannot obtain a 1 kc or 2 tone
signal output. The tube (6J11) checks very good. I don't have a
spare to check with. All underneath looks fine. Any thoughts?
Thanks, Charles

I'd bet my bottom dollar that the "Couplate" integrated circuits
are bad.
These are the things that look like big rectangular ceramic
capacitors.
They form the RC networks for the phase-shift oscillators. They
can
be fabricated with individual resistors and capacitors. It's
been
years since I had the values, perhaps someone one the reflector
may know what they are.
