SB-303 SOS

Have a SB-303 that is giving me a fit and I need HELP.  Have done all of the
final adjustments al least 3 times, it appears to have excellent sensitivity
and selectivity, but is off frequency, as an example, when it should receive
at 14302 KHz (20 Mtrs) its dial is at 14065 KIHz. It is NOT a mechanical
problem with the dial, of that I am sure.

Please HELP.
