IM-102 DVM parts

Hi to all,
Have a Heathkit IM-102 Digital Multimeter in restoration for myself.
Need the following parts but can't find any info.
Heathkit PN 442-23 IC TOA8709
Heathkit PN 412-63 neon lamp A261. Used for the one digit.
Perhaps someone with a Master Parts Index can come up with a
replacement.
