DX-100 Assembly instructions

I was lucky enough to pick up a DX 100 case at the Ft. Tuthill swap this
past weekend.  Will someone please tell me how to assemble it as it is
knocked down.  Better yet, can I find someone who might be able to scan the
pertinent pages and send to me by e-mail.  I know I am running out of "cat
lives" with this request but the assembly is not intuitive.
