SB-401 21MHz Trap adjustment

Hi gang,
I'm looking for suggestions on how to adjust the RFC1/C205  21 MHz trap at
the output of the LMO of the SB-401. The assembly instructions warn not to
adjust this trap but I fear someone has ignored this instruction on a
couple -401's I have.

I have a GDO and a Q-meter.
