Heath/Bell & Howell O-Scope

I've seen this request in the archives, but don't think I've seen an answer. I
need the manual for the Heathkit/B&H Schools IOD-203-31 5" Oscilloscope. Have
tried several of the usual repripnt place, NG. ANy help, suggestions, etc.
Willing to pay reasonable costs for duplication if you have one...
