HR-10B/DX-60 hookup

Gang,

I'am wanting to hook up my old hr10b and dx60 for a lil AM.  I have a model DK60 series 110V dow key relay with no paper work and I have no idea how to hook it up without ruining it or if it even works or not.  Could I just use a cheapie RS A B coax splitter to put between the rigs or do I really need the relay?  Also, don't have the HRA-10-1 calibrator and am looking for one if anyone has one for sale or trade?  I know there is a pin on the rx for "muting" and a couple of pins on the tx for "antenna relay" but the manuals really don't say that much about either of them plus on this tx someone has drilled a hole with a rubber grommet  labelled "mute" and an RCA connector marked "rx ant". Both of these are located just under the small chassis box that is labelled SO-239, 50 -75 Ohms??  Any ideas out there?  Neither schematic shows any different changes to either rig.  Thanks
