Heath SS-1, SS-2, SS-1B speakes

I recently got two SS-1 speaker systems off eBay.  One seems to be in Ok
condition.  However, the other has the wrong woofer (someone replaced the 8"
by a 6" full-range speaker, by filling in the hole!), and the horn tweeter
is disconnected.  I assume that means it burned out.

I realize that this is a very, very long shot, but does anyone here know
where I can find another tweeter to replace the bad one?  How about a
replacement for the woofer?  Modern 8" woofers tend to be way to compliant
to be a good match for this box.

As long as I'm in a dreaming mode, I'd give my right arm (well, Ok, right
pinkie) for a pair of good quality SS-1B's in good working condition.  For
those not in the know, the SS-1B was a "range extender" for the SS-1, and
had a 15" Jensen woofer and horn supertweeter.  Together, the four-speaker
system was pretty impressive.
