They're no-longer in business. They only put out a few issues before stopping
publication. The publisher claimed he was forced to stop due to illness. Those of us who
subscribed to his publication were more-or-less left holding the bag with the promise of
an anthology of articles which never, as far as I know, never saw the light of day. They
also had a paint business which they sold. I did order a few cans from R & R Designs and
they arrived after a long delay. Speed was not one of their assets but I was satisfied
with their product. The paint, not the magazine.
