there's a few web sites that already have lots of heathkit schematics on
line. You can of course get them directly from heathkit. And apparently
what's left of the heathkit company is not to worried about other using or
even making money from their manuals and or schematics.  The manual man and
W7FG  sell heathkit manuals everyday.
