Heath 5-way binding posts

Anyone who's ever used a Heath test instrument knows and loves these
posts.  Never did figure out exactly what the "five ways" were (clearly
banana jack + ...), but I still love them.

At one time, Heath offered a "kit" consisting of nothing but the posts
and hardware, for DIY projects. Anybody got one, or have posts they want
to part with?
