WTB: DX-60B parts rig and/or Manual

Hello all,
    I have a friend that has a DX-60B that he is trying to get fixed up and
back on the air.  He needs a few replacement parts.  He is looking for the
last wafer of the bandswitch and a shaft coupling.  He would consider a
parts rig that would be used to get one good working unit or a reasonably
priced DX-60B in working condition.  Also looking for a manual (or good
copy) for the DX-60B.  One more request, a good HG-10B VFO to complete the
station.  Any help would be appreciated.
