Hw-101 part needed.

 Hi and thanks for reading and all replies. I am in need of the
following plastic part that cracked when I tightened it. Here I go:
 It connects the inner final adjust rod and connects it to the upper
variable capacitor plate shaft.
It has two small set screws and it is clear. It is about one inch long
and sets into the entrance to the final cage. I hope this is enough
info.
 I am willing to pay for it and shipping or any ideas are also great.
 I know, as always the my fellow Heath Nuts will save the day!
