SB-200 ALC to ICOM Transceiver interface

Hi. Heath list members. Does anyone have or know the location of an
interface to connect the SB-200 ALC line to an ICOM 756? The SB-200
positive ALC voltage doesn't work with the ICOM negative ALC required.
