SB200 knob wanted...

Hi Heathens!
    Just picked up a SB200 with a sticky bandswitch.  In the process of
working on it, I removed the knob and destroyed it in the process (it was
stuck to the shaft!)  Does anyone have a knob they could part with?  If it
makes a difference, the amp is from 1969 (I'm not sure if they changed the
knobs at all).
