HP23-B Colour

I'd appreciate it if someone would let me know what the original colours on
an HP23-B should be.

I have one that the top has been repainted to a very different green. I want
to restore it but am not sure if:
    the top was the same colour as the bottom
    the top matched the SB series
    or if the top was a different shade of Heath green.
