I NEED FEET

I have an SB-220 that has NON-Heath Feet.  I need extenders for feet and
bolts/nuts etc. Also need the same for a very nice SB-600 spkr cabinet.
One other item to make the SB-220 stock is a Large knob for the 'TUNE'
position. There is a main tuning knob on it from an SB300 or similiar with
the larger skirt.  This amp is a 9.5 out of 10, so If I could buy a very
nice knob, it would be appreciated.  Thanks.
