Keeping Track of Small Parts

I started this years ago when I had a tv - radio repair business
Tried envelopes, boxes, plastic bags

This is the best I have ever found

A small can with a snap on top { a peanut can is what I use }
Cut a {Small} Slit in the Cover works Excellent
You can cut a hole
But... If the can falls to the floor and they always do ...  parts can fall out  and will

The slit work very well to keep parts inside

Every project or repair job gets a can for parts.
Sometimes the entire project can fit in a large coffee can
