Little seen Heath unit

Have a friend with a Heath SS9000 or 9900 whichever is correct number.  What
kinda transceiver is it, how good is it?  Any collector out there who would
like for me to obtain it for them.  What amount of money is this thing going
to be worth?  Let me hear from you.
