My 2040 uses the same part.
Sadly the manual does not give a cut and dried answer to the value.
Here is what I have.
Impedance Translation 4:1 balanced to unbalanced balun.
The schematic does not show a value, nor does the parts list.
Assembly reads in part:
wrap a 36" length of fibreglas tape around one torroid yp cover it completely, with 1/4" overlaps. Leave 8 to 10" hanging out.
Repete with the other torroid.
Put the two together with one strip up through the centers and hanging out and the other strip down.
Now use 2 15" pieces og FG tape and kludge the cores together.
Take an 11' piece of teflon wire, fold it in half lay the free ends in the core with 6" hanging out.
Now wrap the foldy part through the core, pulling tight until you have 15 turns. No Twists, no Overlaps.
Cut a 2' peice of FG tape and wrap around the outside to hold the turns in place.
Cut the loop so that you have 3" leads, trim the other leads to match.
The assembly now has 2 isolated windings. One end of each winding will be connected to the chasis.
I hope that helps.
I can ship you a copy of my 2040 manual...........
for the flat fee of: some day you help another ham if you haven't already.

Good judgment comes from bad experience and a lot of that comes from
 bad judgment.
