customer service is prone to problems in every industry...from burger joints to
Microsoft. Murphy's Law applies here too.

The person who answers your call may not be the cause of the problem, and usually has
authorization to cut you off if your rude or vulgar to them...they're not there just to
take abuse from somone who's P-O'ed.

And other than the American Tourister Gorilla mishandling the boxes, my UPS service has
been good...I sent something Priority Mail about 1.5 weeks before the holiday and it took
6 days.
