Hello to the list:

I live in Louisville, KY.  I had a package shipped from Cleveland, OH.
After about a week, UPS's tracking system showed it in Florida.  I called
"Customer Service" and asked them to put it on a plane and get it to me ASAP
because they messed up by sending it to Florida and letting it sit.  Their
response was "if it started via ground it will continue via ground, even if
we mess up."  They lost my business forever.
