  It is just a matter of time before this method of qsl ing  becomes
acceptable.  Some months ago I asked ARRL what there position on this mode
is.  They informed me that their greatest concern was the fact that it was
too easy to frake a QSL and until some better system is found to verify
contacts, they would not accept them for awards.
    qslcard.com is working on a system for validatlion and if it works out,
this should help to alleviate their fears.  I use this system quite a bit and
encourage other hams to use it as well.
