Parts needed for a HR-1680

Hi,
I rrecently picked up a non-working HR-1680 receiver and discovered
that the problem was that the power supply regulator was bad. This is
composed of a transistor (heath part #417-852, TIP31) which has a NTE
replacement and a regulator chip (Heath part #442-626, UA78MGT4C)
which I could not find a replacement for. I have re-worked the power supply
to use a Radio Shack voltage regulator and it is now putting out the
required 13.5 volts, but I would like to try and put it back into its
original
state - anyone have a suggestion about where I might locate a regulator
chip (Heath part #442-626, UA78MGT4C)?
The other problem is that the 15M crystal seems to be dead, I checked
all of the components around it and they are ok, so the only thing that is
left is the crystal (Heath #404-210, 29.895mHz). All of the other bands
work just fine.
Does anyone out there have a junker that has any of the above parts?
73's,
Peter
