WTB: SB-313 manual, 100KHz crystal

Hello,
    I recently acquired a nice SB-313 and I would like to find a manual for
it.  I would prefer an original but I would certainly consider a copy.
Also, the 100KHz calibration crystal is far enough off that I can't trim it
to frequency.  If anyone has a good 100KHz crystal I would like to purchase
one.  As always, thanks for your help.
