diodes

When changing diodes in series, you should change them all
with the same lot.not 1 from one place and a outher.
you want even power shareing.
The heath diode is a 1N4006 or 1N4005.
I would go to 1N4007.1Kv 1A.There is a 2.5amp 1Kv that
would work fine.If they went before you may want to put
the 2.5Amp 1Kv diodes in.
All I use now is 2.5amp 1Kv or better now.
never had one burn out that I changed.
also in RF circuits whan diodes are part of the power supply
you should have a RF by pass cap across them.

hope this helps,
Robert Meyer
