Fw: Jammed IF slug

That's a tough one..... If you can still get some bite with the allen tool
try turning it back into the core and work it back and forth a little, not
just force it in one direction. Forcing tends to spread the core halves
making them "stick" worse. I've picked at them for a while, finally getting
the core out successfully. One thing I haven't tried, but would...... try
some JB Weld on a rod being really carefull to ONLY get it on the rod
and the inside of the core halves, let it sit overnight and then try to
unscrew it.

Good luck !!

How can I remove a threaded slug from an IF can? The slug is cracked and
jammed and has the allen center rounded out.
Thanks
Joe
