Jammed IF slug

I've gotten a couple like this out with an allen wrench and a dab of crazy
glue.

Put a SMALL amount on the sides of the end of the allen wrench, insert into
the core and let dry. Once you have the core unscrewed you can get it off
the allen wrench with a little acetone (or fingernal polish remover)
without harming the wrench or the core.
