I need Heath part # 417-902 which is a NPD5566. This is an 8-pin package with two FETs in it. This is used in the 35 MHZ Dual trace scope and the 60 MHz Triple trace scope. Any help in locating a source for these or at least one will be appreciated. Robin De Vore Los Alamos, NM
