HM-2102 Wattmeter Question

Richard...  While trying to chase the same problem with mine I discovered
that the 10pf cap. (C16) referred to in the last step on page 11 (Inset 2)
was missing.. Adding the cap made a big difference to the "dip" challenge,
but it didn't cure it completely..

Also check that the little sleeve in the toroid isn't actually shorting to
the coil, its easy to scrape of the insulation when inserting the sleeve.

Check your C16 to see if it was missed and use an ohmeter to check the
sleeve.
