Scarce as hen's teeth describes the 104 extender board.
Not having an extender I used molex pins and wire to fab one jumper for each pin.
I alternated red and black wires to minimize errors when plugging each jumper in.
Keep the length short to try not to introduce problems.
Its a little clumsy, but I've had succes with it.
