SG18A audio generator

I picked this unit up at the local thrift store - any comments on the unit? I
have the usual questions; was this a kit, anyone have a manual for sale or
one I could copy; nice looking unit, lots of knobs - looks like it goes to
100khz, sine or square wave, has a voltage/db output meter.
